So how much time is enough time before I should think something is wrong? It has been over a week since we installed the premium soft top. It was also 90 the past three days. There is still no way that I can unlatch the front without help, nor can I latch it back down without help.

There's not really anything to show. It is just really hard to latch and unlatch without a second person and a lot of brute strength! The dealer said to stop by tomorrow so I'll see what they say. Thank you though - I'll keep you posted :)

I had the same issue on a new soft top , I latched it and did not unlatch for a week and let it sit in the sun. Fabric stretched and all good now, like every one else said, it’s best when it’s hot out. Good luck ??

I’ve only had my soft top off a couple of times, but I’m fairly certain that you can’t install it incorrectly. Nothing will bolt into place where it isn’t supposed to be, though if I remember correctly, the windshield brackets have oblong holes for adjustment. Maybe try to loosen and slide them to the rear an 1/8 of an inch.

Went to dealer this morning. Good news is that everything is installed correctly. Just need to give it some more time to stretch in the sun, which is hard since I have it down whenever it is nice out! :)

Yup I had a hell of a time the first time about a week ago. Still one latch is fine (whichever one I unlock first) then the other binds.

My bigger concern is the back of the top not wanting to go past the rear window electrical connector.
