Help, hear clunk sound when shift sometime

When switching gears while parking, a slight clunk sound is heard. When driving, upshifts are relatively smooth under normal conditions no problem, but downshifting while slowing down occasionally makes a clunking sound. Especially when you come to a stoplight and slow down normally, but the light happens to turn green,I hear a louder sound when step on the gas. Also with a noticeable stutter . The engine is a 3.6 etorque, could it have something to do with the motor intervention? I have a video of me twisting the driveshaft, is this normal for this amount of absences and sound?
