Will need to disassemble so bring tools, I think a few large wrenches will do. I can help load

It's the Freedom Jack adapter. They sell a whole package but much cheaper to buy a harbor freight crane and the adapter. I tried to find just the adapter for you but couldn't. I bought it off ebay like 3 years ago.
