It's the Freedom Jack adapter. They sell a whole package but much cheaper to buy a harbor freight crane and the adapter. I tried to find just the adapter for you but couldn't. I bought it off ebay like 3 years ago.

I did get it installed. I got it done for $395. I had other places quote it around $800 as well though.
a note on the Rough Country lift; don’t get it. They use substandard hardware and the shocks are meh. I also ordered and had both Rough County front and rear adjustable track bars. Yikes...
