Hello all

I purchased some Halo Headlights for christmas for my 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL. The instructions and video show wiring the turn signal and DRL wire to the existing turn signal wires via T Tap, I did that, the headlights and turn signal halos work perfectly, but the DRLs only work with the headlights on. I saw a post saying to wire to the ACC, but before I go that route, wondering if anyone successfully wired in halos via the existing turn signal wires?

Do you have a brand, model number, or wiring diagram? Turn signals wired to the halos are called swichbacks. I run the Oracle Oculus Bi-LED swichbacks and really like them. Oracle supplied a wiring harness (the one under and left of the headlight) which was plug and play with the turn signal connector. I didn’t want to subject the turn signal wires to t taps or vampire clips.

Thank you all for the replies, I ended up using a T Tap and running via ACC fuse box using the CLA slot....working perfectly!

I have, you also need to add a t tap and diode to the wire on each side for the drl. When I did it this way I am able to control my halos through the radio switch and e brake!
