Yes. And there are plenty of grounding points through the jeeps interior and under the hood.

i need an interior ground for the front right passenger, any suggestions

Yes. In the lower right of the passenger footwell. Remove the plastic paneling. There is a grounding point there. Let me see if I can find a picture of it.

Should look like this when you remove the panel. Not my Jeep, but I did use the ground in that area when I hooked up some lights
