First time caller. First Jeep ever in the family. I have a 2023 High Altitude with 20's. Are there drawbacks to grabbing some stock 17" Jeep rims and putting on tires that keep the stock height around 32? Can I go 33 on a stock 17x7.5 rim and not have to mod anything? If I do this, what would I expect different in a driving experience. This is a daily driver. I will hang up the phone and listen to the answers now. Thanks.

17's over 20's all day every day

You should have no problems with 33s and Im not sure about the ride difference since Ive never had 20s on any vehicle. I suspect you may see a slight difference in ride but I could only assume a much better ride.

You will most likely feel a bit more "floaty" as you will be going to a tire with more sidewall, therefore there is more sidewall flex. But this should also help make the ride a bit smoother as that additional flex can soak up more bumps in the road than the stiffer sidewall on your 20s.

20s run better on the road......... They also run well offroad with 40" tires.
