Full Time 4wd

The previous thread about this didn't really answer the question of whether the full time 4wd system is available, and if so, what trims? I have seen articles that say it is available on Sahara models as well as the Rubicon X, but on the Jeep.com builder, it is not listed as an option. So confusing. If someone could help, I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

I have a Sahara and a Rubicon, both 2024 and both have the full time transfer case. We also have a 2024 Sport without the full time setting on the shift lever.

It is so confusing. In 2024, you could get the full time transfer case on the Rubicon X without the 35" tires, but now you have to get the 35" tire group in order to get the full time transfer case. And looking at the order guide, it doesn't look like it is an option on the Sahara.

Neither of my Monroneys list it as an option, I think that's just the way they made them in 2004, although my 2021 Rubicon had the same transfer case.

I do recall that Jeep did promote the "2.72:1 SELEC-TRAC FULL TIME 4WD SYS (DHP)" as being available in more trims as one of their throw mud at the wall and see what sticks campaigns a short while back (I am guessing this was 2024 based on what you are saying).

You are correct that now it is only available on the 392's and the Full Time 4WD Rock-Trac version is only available on Rubicon X trims with the 35" tires.

Next month, who knows.
