have them few months now. I made them underlighetet in red and put there also proximity sensor - when open it shine white lite. Then I put wrap on the glass so its not so much lighted up, now its just underlightet when its closed. nice red ring.
Pictures or it didn't happen.

Personally if I was to put a transparent door like this it will be for something that worth looking at :)
Yeah like roof panels. Now I know there's a company that does that but it's too expensive

Think this is exactly what I need to complete my fuel-filler faux-aquarium project.

Just think of all the silly dumb shit you could "hide" behind there. A creepy face sticker peeking out, a rubber Jeep ducky, a 1:64 diecast Wrangler, that little green Skoda ice scraper thingy, a fake EV charging port, anything!

But why, you may ask? Yeah, I still have no idea šŸ˜•
