Frontend klunk but not always

Hello. On my daughters 18 JLU, when she turns the wheel left, she gets a klunk noise. This occurs when either moving or parked. I was on the phone with her and heard it myself. To make things more interesting, this only occurs when raining out. She took the the Jeep to the dealer today but they could not replicate it (of course it was sunny and nice out) and they said they checked everything and all seems ok. Anyone have a similar issue or any thoughts on what this might be? Suspension is stock but aftermarket wheels and KO2's. We also changed out the front bumper for a Westin. Otherwise the Jeep is stock.

Just an update; she went to the carwash today and now it has the klunk. She took a video of the undercarriage. You can hear the klunk but it's hard to tell what is causing it. So it can be replicated when the front end is wet. Video attached. Thanks for any assist!

Do another video. This time with engine off, and rock the steering wheel left and right so that any components moving are visible.

Here is a sample of what you are looking for. My control arms where loose in this video.

Your prior location of camera was good, just do it with the engine off and rock the wheel.
