@JAY 's thread shows Post #46 here (courtesy of @dapipp) with a spreadsheet of torque values.

It's one of a few threads about torque values floating around.

I only had a 1/2” drive torque wrench that went to 150 so this is how I did my front lower control arms.
If you search the net for JL Wrangler torque specs it’ll lead you to ALL the factory method torque specs for a JL. ( on this forum btw) You can see the front LCA’s are factory spec’d at so many ft lbs + so many degrees of rotation. I did the torque spec with my torque wrench and the rest with a healthy size cordless impact to get the degrees of rotation specified. I used a degree measuring app on my phone that overlays degree marks on an image using the phone’s camera. I then used a paint pen to mark the beginning on the bolt head, measured the number of degrees from there, and marked that point on the frame with the paint pen. I zapped it with the impact a little at a time until those two lines matched up.

GREAT idea!!!! What app did you use for the overlay?

Man, I just crank on it with a harbor freight breaker bar until my arm feels like it's going to come off. Then I keep an eye on it for a week or two and tighten as necessary. Has worked great for the many times I've had to pull the arm for greasing the RK hard to reach zerks.

I'd definitely want everything torqued to spec. Also 45 degree zerk fittings are your friend.
