freedom panel misalignment

So my driver side freedom panel is a good bit farther back than the passenger one causing wind noise in the cabin. Has anyone seen this and if so were you able to fix it?

I had the issue with wind noise and the freedom panels. I did not check the alignment, but I did take the panels out, reinstall and the wind noise is gone.

I have removed mine and checked the seals but no dice once reinstalled. I can make the noise go away but placing tape over the front of the panels at the gap in the center.

Try this link, there are front to back and height adjustment torx bolts that allow the panels to be adjusted. It takes a little time and patience but not too difficult. Hope this helps.
