Hi all. I see Fox 2.5 Performance non-reservoir shock on the JKS site here.

I do not see these on the Fox website. Is this a collaberative shock between JKS and Fox? Has anybody used them or have any anecdotal details? They look like a good shock for my use but struggling to find any info on them.

Thanks.

JKS is owned by Fox (Sport Truck USA). They do seem to be an offering that currently really only comes through JKS.

Unfortunately, no. I run the remote resi version of the 2.5s. I can, however, say JKS stuff is generally acknowledged to be quality - currently running their lift and LCAs. Think of the resi-less 2.5s as like an upsized resi-less 2.0. Should be a pretty solid shock.

My understanding is that they are based on the Mopar lift Fox shocks which share the same dimensions.

Yup, JKS did a release post on the forum when it came out, probably end of last year.

I was looking at the 2.5 non-resi performance series too and like their simple and beefy design. The price point is right within my preferred range too.

Here are the two videos I found if OP has not already watched:

It almost seems JKS and BDS shot their videos in the same garage.

JKS makes the Mopar lift. These are basically those exact shocks with slightly varied tuning. I have them on my JT, literally perfect. Compliant compression with excellent rebound. No more floaty suspension after bumps but no increase in harshness

JKS 3.5” lift came with the Fox 2.5” shocks and the 3.5” coils front and rear. Along with a couple more extra parts
