Fog DRL's

I've been trying to setup the OEM fog lights to become full-time DRL's using the Tazer mini. Here's what I tried when in the lighting submenu: Canada (on), Fog light (enable), DRL dropout (off), Fog light enable, Fog light dropout (off). After I do all this,, I reboot and do 2 sleep cycles. When I start Jeep up and put I drive, I would expect the Fog lights to come on....they are not...any ideas?

I do not have a Tazer, but I believe the fog light drop out has to do with it dropping out when you turn your brights on. I use the JSCAN on my jeep.
