First time Jeeper, accessory questions

Tomorrow, if all goes as I expect, I will buy my first Jeep at 58. I've been waiting and looking at them for the past year and a half, and I found a used 2025 4dr Willys XR with the exact equipment I want. I plan to get a Taser Mini.
* So, thinking about getting a headliner to hold heat and lower road noise, and I'm looking for suggestions.
* I'd like to get a UV sunshade for the front and rear (suggestions factoring in the head-side airbag)
* Eventually, a metal stubby bumper with the loop (suggestions)?

Any other ideas from experience?

My suggestion is to get nothing for a month or two. Get used to the Jeep. See what works for you and what could be improved to suit you better. You can easily find that what you thought was a must-have on Day 1 turns out to be unimportant, inadequate or a lower priority than something else. It's very common to uninstall or replace your first aftermarket accessories within 1 year.

So take it slow at first and spend your money more wisely.

For UV Sunshade, look for mesh shades that mount around or strictly outside the main roll bars rather than wrapping bungees across deployment zones.

At least a month, and prioritize while considering possible future changes. …….. from one on the 3’rd spare relocation, second sets of wheel lugs and all weather mats, added flare extensions then changed fenders, all but gave away the 33’s to get 35’s , should have gotten 37’s but now waiting for the next set, and so on. … think ahead

I have a headliner, it came with it. It serves no real purpose, And I would not have spent the money for it otherwise. Jeeps are noisy. No way around it.

And when you decide to buy accessories, choose wisely when you do. Buy a reputable brand from a reputable source. There are so many posts on this site about junk quality accessories. Cheap is rarely a good deal.

As for my bumpers, I chose Metalcloak. But there are about another half dozen really good bumper companies out there, another half a dozen or so good quality bumpers, and most of the rest are cheap, thin gauge, E-coated trash.
