Fender Flare Clips

The supply for JL fender flare clips (OMIX FENDER FLARE CLIP W-TYPE 9.90 JL/JT 11609.41 ) is delayed and the earliest date I can find is April from Quadratec. Researching the same clip for the JK model shows that they "almost" look alike. Has anyone ever used both and will the JK version "sufficiently" work on a JL as to warrant their use?

I have seen some for sale on Amazon. Have you checked there?

The JK clips have to be modified to work on a JL. The middle has to be trimmed a bit. With that said the plastic the JK clips are made of are less brittle than the JK ones.

If you can't find JL clips, you could always pick up the JK ones from Amazon and compare/trim as necessary.

JK clips are almost the same abd can be made to work if you have to.
