Far shot for some help....

I know this is a far shot but does anybody on here live in Oregon around the Stahlman point trail No. 3449? Asking for some mutual friends who have lost their dog off a trail last night still has collars on but NO coat and maybe injured... just thought it was worth a shot asking on here if anyone has connections or friends locally that maybe able to help That was the trail and location last seen...
