my suggestion is to just get a battery inverter, AKA: "solar generator". Especially one that uses LiFE chemistry batteries, as they are much safer than the cheapo LiPO's.

Just leave it plugged into one of the 12v outlets so it will charge while your jeep is running. Most of them can keep the inverter and other outputs on while charging.

The idea being, that you aren't risking your jeep's battery. If the battery pack gets drained, then nothing else gets affected. And, you can pick the size you need for your load.

I don't by any means disagree brother with your claim that a Lithium Iron Phosphate battery is more stable than a Lithium Ion battery (the latter found in cell phones,) just your abbreviations:

Lithium Iron Phosphate: LiFePO4
Lithium Ion: Li-ION

I just don't want to send the OP into "abbreviation hell," looking for things that don't exist.;)
