Top Hids = terrible buying experience!

UPDATE! Have received exactly ZERO help either thru email or calling. Today, I did finally get someone on the phone - he promised to call back within 10 minutes. 4 hours later, I called him back only to be told that "all my info had been forwarded to the shipping manager!"
They've not returned any of my 4-5 emails.
Their phone number either goes to the same music track indefinitely OR just hangs up on you!
