seems odd that a guy who claims to own a Land Rover, a "Porche" [sic!] and an Aston Martin would be complaining about the cost of battery service for an 8-year old Tesla.
there are multiple companies in the area that service individual battery modules; it's not like an entire battery always needs to be replaced.
if you weighed that cost against what you saved on other vehicle maintenance tasks (and fuel?) in those 8 years compared to comparable time/mileage in any of your other listed vehicles, you might come to a different perspective.

The worst is nobody mentions you that once battery dies it costs fortune to replace. I have vintaged all my luxary cars but tesla i had to donate after 8. If the time was right i would have blasted the tesla to show elon how bad ev is and how much junk it is creating. Unless someone sells me a.self replacing battery car and battery can be recycled, i am not buying the go green stupidty. Its like kicking the can.
