EVIC "Reset" After Filling Gasoline

After I crank my 3.6L to leave the gas station after filling up, the EVIC sorta of, for a fraction of a second, losses its "personality" only to be restored by the time my Wrangler's wheels leave the gas station property and meet the street.

I wish I had a better description of the event. I'll have to note or video it next time. Does anyone else get this or know what's going on?
