Has anyone else experienced this? I have the 2.0, and when I idle in park for more than a few minutes, I get the (ESS)! message until I restart the jeep. It's happened a couple of times over the last few weeks.

Yes, I also had this occur one time. I have not checked again to see if it would pop up after parking, instead I usually just turn off the vehicle immediately.

Yup I had the exact same issue. Went to the dealer and they told me there was a TSB and they did a software update and it has since fixed the issue.

I'm glad to hear this. Took mine by the dealership today and they said they'd need to test the battery, which is a couple-hour endeavor. Didn't have time, so I scheduled a time to take it back next week and drop it off. They didn't say anything about a TSB, but I'll let them know that there's one out there.

Left it there yesterday. Battery tested fine, but the "IBS Sensor" tested bad. Replacement is supposed to be here in five days. Onward...
