ESC warning light

Yes I know there are hundreds of msgs out here about the dreaded ESC service warning light but none I have gotten any good information about. Yes I have made sure all of the fuses are pushed in and everything that’s been said on here. But here’s my question, will the jeep pass inspection with that warning light? Ultimately I’d like to know how to fix it but in the mean time I just ignore it, but I need to get my jeep inspected. Any thoughts would be great . Thx a bunch

I get it everyday along with Stop start off. I have been for 2 years. Drive to work nothing, drive home they always pop up. Shut the Jeep down, get in the next day same exact thing. Had the dealer finally check it when it was happening and they said it is the vacuum pump. They ordered it 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing yet! so They may be on back order.
