ESC warning after sideswiped

New 2025 Sahara sideswiped on 2 lane by passing pickup. Several warning lights came on, but only on first day. Service electronic stability control concerns me the most along with steering wheel now slightly off. Pulls slightly left but mostly when strong wind on highway. The warning that auto high beams inactive also came on but after dark the system worked fine at night turning them on and off. Have great insurance but due to travel haven't talked yet but we will tomorrow.

Obviously front end alignment and steering wheel reposition needed and I've read this can fix the ESC. Little physical damage which really surprised me. It also experience auto acceleration from low speed twice a real concern. Any others with similar experience?

having the steering wheel off center will cause the traction control light...based on that small amount of damage to the fender it is odd that the drag link would be bent or messed up...but I guess when I look closer at the photo it looks like your front bumper took a hit maybe and perhaps your front driver tire took a hit which could bend things including your axle....might be more under lying damage that it appears so yes get it on an alignment rack and see what's up.

Agreed with above, they will charge your insurance full price for MOPAR parts and keep the change putting aftermarket for cheaper. Tell them they need to use OEM parts only.

The estimate shows aftermarket parts. I would not accuse a bodyshop of committing fraud by charging for original and using a/m

Appreciate all the advice, and actually Allstate which I had years ago but the local agent has been trying to get me back for years. Didn't know what A/M on the estimate meant till these replies, but there's the plastic front bumber cover, license bracket, turn signal lens and yellow side marker. Fender only has paint damage. Can these A/M parts be that different? My real concern is the ESC and cause of the auto accelation. The other driver was passing on my left while I was turning into a bidirectional rest area. Would have t-boned me if I was 1 second more into that legal left turn. Live passing in front of your eyes moment.

They are different they dont fit as well as the original parts The bezels in the front bumper will not fit as well The bumper may fade differently in all fairness it may not The lights will not be covered under your jeep
Warranty Sure the supplier of the lights will warranty them But that means the insurance company has to be involved especially if youre out if town. The suspension is easy probably an alignment Maybe a part Maybe on the extreme side A new axle (doubtful) If the steering wheel isnt straight whike uou drive it will throw the code. Your jeep you decide what you will or wont accept. There is no way i would allow an insurance company to do that to a new vehicle .

Update. No problems after 5 months with ESC repairs. Allstate backed me and placed 100% blame on picked that hit us passing left of center at intersection for rest stop after crossing double yellow. His insurance must have partially backed him so it went to arbitratration. Arbitratrtor place 100% blame on pickup and after 3 months got my full deductible back.
