Hi All!
I have an 8.4" in my 2020 that I purchased after delivery from infotainment.
I upgraded software vis USB to 28.3 ~2 yrs ago.
I'd like to get up to 39.6 or newer....so requested the file from the support team and tried the install.
Unfortunately, I received an Error 01 during the install.
I've tried to go to lower versions...same issue.
Anyone encounter this / have a fix?
