Engine Trouble

I bought a 2020 Wrangler Unlimited Sahara Altitude with 11k miles on it. Check engine light came on for catalytic converters and had those replaced. However, light continued to stay on for same code. O2 sensors were then replaced with no change. We did find the rocker arm was on upside down so corrected that. Now, it seems the engine is burning oil? Dipstick will show extremely low levels, but after adding only 1qt it seems to fill the entire 5qt tank? We did an oil change and it didn’t seem like any oil was lost but it went into limp mode a couple weeks ago. Replaced the PCV and it’s still happening.

So, a bad engine? What do you mean "upside down", that isn't possible.
