electronic throttle control + check engine dash light

Drove my Jeep for about an hour earlier today. No lights on dashboard. No issues driving either. Went back home for about 2 hours and then just now when I got back in the car to go to work I have check engine light and stuff on my dash.
36,160 miles, regular oil changes, just had oil change on 8/25/25 at the dealership with no issue.
