Electric Steering Whine?

2024 Sport S. Is this normal steering noise? It kinda annoys me because it’s actually louder than what the video captures. Like I’ll be at a stop sign and when I turn my wheel , people will turn around and look at me like “what’s that noise.” If I don’t touch the wheel for a few seconds the sound stops. I’ve had two previous vehicles with electric steering and they never made this noise. Video below

Purchased my Jeep new , 2021 and now have 60k miles on it . Has done it since I first drove it. Normal sound for the JL electric power steering
