I have some problems with my JL.
Now i found out that in the ECU Connector 1 terminal is different from the others ( and it does not lock in )

Who knows which terminal is used in the connector? so i can order a new one

I need to replace that one just to be sure

( the blue wire with connector is the correct one i need. )

Look at the pins in the ECU and compare the layout of the ECU pins with the plug. Maybe you can determine where it is supposed to go?

Got it. If you have a good parts guy he can probably find it for you.

I recently wanted to make a plug & play harness to add a 3rd brake light flasher to my Jeep (I didn't want to cut the OEM harness). I found the correct male & female pins on TE Connectivity. They offered free samples so the pins didn't cost me anything and I got the plastic connectors & wire seals from Mouser.

I found some on TE Connectivity, but don't know for sure if the are the correct ones.
Do you have any numbers from the female pins you used ?

For me it's the shipping cost. so i need to know for sure which i can use :)

I ordered the 7-1452668-1 female connector and the 2141116-3 male connector for my project. I don't know if female connector is the one you need or not...but you can maybe verify by popping the panel off of the tailgate and disconnect the plug for the third brake light and check.

FYI...... TE Connectivity will send you free samples ;)
