DRL Function with Region

I have a JLUR with halogen lights and would like to upgrade to LED bulbs. However I would also like to have the entire light lit instead of just half. As some of you may know the JLUR with the halogen lights has an independent DRL and turn signal. In the US region the DLR is always on and the blinker only comes on when signaling. With the Tazer you can set the region for the DLR to Canada and the turn signals will remain on unless signaling in which case they will flash. My question is with the Canada region setting do the dedicated DLR also remain on? If they do you can purchase the Oracle switchback led bulbs and both would remain on and the color white unless signaling. Can anyone with a Tazer and halogens confirm?
