Have a question on door seal gaps, I know the wind noise issue has been discussed and I have added what info I have collected but I am curious on door seal gaps and the one in question is where the windshield meets the door, on my passenger side near the top the gap is almost non existant, It does not rub but there is practically no gap but the edge along the handle side looks very even, on the driver side it looks even all the way around. I have not noticed any leaks but do have some wind noise on the passenger side, I have not inspected the windshield to body seal yet but will do so when I put on my spiderweb shade so I have to ask is this a common issue to not be even, it seems to me since the edge along the handle side being even that it may be adjusted correctly but then the windshield to frame gap tells me it’s not

The front windshield frame hinges can be adjusted to adjust the gap between the frame and the doors. If your door seam gap is even at the posterior edge then it’s most likely the windshield is out of adjustment.

There is a long thread that has one member explaining how to adjust the windshield hinges to make the gap even.
