The wife is an extreme worry wart. I knew if there was any chance of the pups cruising topless, I needed to find a way to keep them from jumping out. So far, the experiment is progressing. Drove at 65 with current setup and it was absolutely silent, no rattles or flutter. A few more odds and ends to button up and we will be ready to cruise. I used 3 race window nets, d rings, factory hardtop bolts, m10 lifting ring, bungees and caribeners. Cut one window net in half and added a half to each full window net, perfect. Utilized 2 bolts in the existing hardtop to mount d- rings.

Thanks for the recommendation. I found another site that you can create a template and they will make it for me as well. You can even choose from 3 different types of attachments. https://www.prpseats.com/custom-window-nets/ I have about $80 total into both sides. Each net was $21 on amazon and 1.5 per side. Once I am 100% happy, I will likely have something made that will look nicer. I needed something quick because the wife and pups load up and head to the Ashville, NC area for a week in a cabin in 9 days. I have always been apprehensive about the short seat leashes and such. Which is better in an accident. The dog bouncy around the cabin or being attached to the seat on a short leash.
