Well, this is embarrassing - I actually meant to say Fog Lights. No wonder the first reply had me scratching my head. Yet, protection for the turn signals is a valid wish too. But, I have to agree, with nothing solid to anchor to nearby, I can think of no practical way to protect the turns from anything bigger than a twig.

Back to the fog lights. I just came in from putting front brake pads on and noticed there is some metal around the fog lights - on the back side. The bezel surrounding the lights, the first thing to hit a boulder or tree, is plastic. So, even if you're creeping along, bumping into anything solid would result in broken bits of fog light.

Well then in that case they have built in guards that you are taking off ;)

But yea no Ive never seen anyone selling anything like a metal cover that just caps the end off tight to the bumper when in the short config. There are a few companies that sell a cover for the back so all the wiring is hidden though.
