Anyone using the dirty dog netting on their JLU?

Wanting to know how tight the sides and back are. I think with the rear bar, that would be locked in but really wanting to know if someone could reach under the sides and pull something out of the back?

Thinking I either go with these or a cargo cover when bringing groceries home.

Was looking into the rear vaults but I have to be able to remove quickly in case of evacuation and putting the dogs kennel in the back. I live in a wild fire hazard area and had to evac last year.

I have it, but I wouldn't say they are something I would use as a deterrent to stop people from getting stuff out of the back. It's pretty taut if you install it correctlu, but realistically there's nothing stopping someone from loosening / cutting the straps. Most of the tightening spots are easily accessible from the outside and there's a enough room for someone to stick their hands into the back cargo area.

If you're that worried about it I would get a cargo cover since people wouldn't see what you have in the back and wouldn't be as tempted to grab something.

But if you do go with the netting you can just leave it on with your hardtop on or off so it's nothing you have to worry about if you need to evacuate.
