diesel battery options

Delete the aux and get one of these. 2 years so far without any issues.

Can anyone tell me if this is not good. 2023 EcoDiesel. Main battery went kaput. Local shop recommended a Optima Red Top 34/78. After coming home, I researched Optima, Optima website only listed Yellow Tops (H6 or H7) as direct fitment. Is this Optima Red Top that was installed gonna be bad choice? Side note: I previously did the aux battery bypass (fuse pull and negative cable disconnect), so I am only utilizing main battery, and I always turn stop/start off. Will this Red Top installed be enough for tne diesel engine?

You need a H7. The original oem battery was a H7

Thanks for reply. Last week, shop installed the Optima Red Top 34/78 (800 CCA/ 50 ah), which I believe is smaller than a H7. This morning, went back to shop, explained my situation and lack of research. Shop is going to change out the Red Top for a Yellow Top H7 (880 CCA/80 ah), no additional cost to me. My take away is that the Yellow Top, either H6 or H7, is best for diesel Jeep. The Optima website only gives these two Yellow Tops as choices for the diesel. Will feel much better about my Jeeps health when the H7 is put in, albeit, I have now heard that Optima is not tne quality it use to be, at least, I will have an H7 battery in there vs the 34/78. Thoughts?
