You should make it sound the best at your ear. It may be out of phase at the speaker or it might be in phase. You confirmed the speaker is in phase at the grill, not at your ear.
You lost me. All the speakers are matching polarity with each other. It sounds great to me. How would I phase it to my ear?

A little background for someone who hasn't spent decades in audio: if speakers are out of phase at the listeners ear you won't get a cohesive sound. If the speakers are in phase at the listeners ear, the sound will sound fuller and more cohesive.

If it sounds good to you, leave it as is. You need some free software, a microphone and a processor to really make the adjustments to get it in phase (my minimum competition spec setup for equipment and install is between $6k and $7k). The general consensus that the polarity "needs to be swapped" should be amended to say that the speaker polarity can be changed if things don't sound right.

Got it. Thanks for the explanation. At this point, it sounds good so I’m going to leave that can of worms alone.
