Code P0365

I just got code P0365. I am wondering would this have anything to do with me disabling the auto stop/start system? A while ago I removed negative off battery feeding aux battery and pulled fuse out. I know my aux battery was toast and I didn't feel like replacing it, plus typically don't use ESS anyways. My wife has told me we have had a couple ESS related warnings come up on the dash recently. Otherwise jeep is running fine. Any thoughts or should I start w/ changing the CPS?

Big battery is about a year old. I got a larger one than stock
