We are having this exact same problem. Our 2018 JLUR 2.0 with 43K miles has been down since the middle of December and we are now headed into March and they still can't figure out what is wrong with it. They have done computer updates, replaced the high pressure pump and fuel lines. They found a "nicked" wire and repaired that. After getting it back after the fuel pump change, my wife was driving it home and passing a line of trucks on the freeway when she lost power. She almost got in an accident. I've been leaving this to the dealership to sort out, but at this point I feel I need to reach out for help. Any advice or help solving this would be greatly appreciated.
Did you ever resolve this?

Yes, the dealership said it had a bad catalytic converter and it was the root cause. It created a lot of problems that ultimately caused severe damage to our engine. It is still there being worked on. So far over 7 months without our Jeep. Hopefully we will get it back in the next week or so and we can finally go on with our lives.
