I own a 2023 Willys, 2 dr, just had the clutch recall performed. Had zero problems prior to and now, it seems the engine or torque is too high in the low gears 1-3, it dips off in 4th and 5th and 6th I can put the gas to the floor even going down hill and it won’t go above about 2,500 rpm’s. Also the new clutch installed is only able to be pushed down about an inch before it’s on the floor. Anyone else having issues similar or know what has happened here?

Take it back to the dealership that did the clutch! Pedal is supposed come up to the same height it was before. Something wasn't done correctly.

I have no faith in the recall clutch, but this isn't that. This was clearly a major eff-up by your shop.
Yes, I've read a fair amount of horror stories post recall.
But this is just a bad/inexperienced mechanic or something.

I'm still on the 2nd clutch recall, which was software only. A few times going up extreme dirt inclines in 4H 2d gear, if RPMs are low (about 2000), Jeep's computer brain will not allow acceleration. Down shift to 1st is required. The few times this happened I felt the Jeep's brain was wrong. I have not (yet) experienced any other interventions, including in 2H and 4L, going up the same inclines. Never experienced any issues going down hill.

But clearly your new clutch has other issues, best of luck with the fix.

Let the dealership handle it. Sounds like a real messed up installation. You'd think they would've test drove something as major as a clutch replacement before returning it to you
