Thank you. I talked to him last week so hopefully I will have them to put on in the next few weeks. I gave @pixeldecals permission to use the artwork so if there's interest there reach out to Don. I'm sure he can adjust them for different color schemes, lengthen them for 4 doors , etc.

That's wicked! I need these in silver/gray/black on the gecko! Love what you're doing with it!

Well, had to go to storage after work tonight and swap on my full doors. It reminds me how much I dislike them. That being said, tomorrow's the day that I finally take the Rubicon in for the corrosion around the hinges and along the edges of the hood that I posted about earlier in to be fixed under warranty. It was supposed to be today but they did not call me to confirm they had something for me to drive while they had it in the body shop. So, bummed I'll be without my Jeep for a bit but glad that it's being taken care of and also before my vinyl CJ stripes arrive.

Didn't get any pics because I was in a rush to get to roller derby practice tonight but finally got my JLR back from the dealership body shop for the corrosion issues. Had just enough time to get the repaired full doors off and my half doors re-hung. Just a day or two shy of three weeks. If I'd not had a few minor spots pop up on the hood I would have rather just dropped the full doors off and not given up my Jeep for so long. I'm not sure what they used to wash my Wrangler but it was harsh and I'm going to need to give her a full wax this weekend. It looks like they did a full repaint on the hood and I had them leave off the "Rubicon" letters in anticipation of adding the CJ Renegade stripes. They did give me two new sets, "should I ever decide to trade it in some day" tho.

Goodies from Pixel Decals have arrived! It's cool and rainy for the next few days but supposed to turn warm and sunny this weekend. Stoked to finally have these after the wait.

Looking forward to seeing these on your Jeep!

Love the retro aesthetic. I searched for "bumper" in this thread, but unless I missed it, I didn't find anything regarding how you sourced it. Details, please? TIA.

I'm pretty certain he built it from rectangular tube stock. We have a shop here in KC that will sell about any extrusion and tubing by the foot. I've also ordered materials online and had them delivered to my work.

I did that for the metal brackets that I needed for this couch and matching TV stand that I built last year. I work in manufacturing so it's nice to have things at my disposal.

That one was made by “Drunk Elf Fabrication” aka me. I made the rear bumper too. Started with 6 feet of 6x6 1/4 wall square tube and split it length wise and went from there. Lots of cutting, drilling and welding later I have the Retro style bumpers I wanted.

The front bumper that you fabbed is exactly what I'd buy for my Jeep, were it commercially available. Well done to the Drunken Elf.
