Cigarette Lighter Doesn't Work

I've had my JLU for 8 days and the cigarette lighter spot on the dash has gone out, no power. The glow ring around it doesnt light up and when plugged in there is no power. Is this prob a fuse? Crazy that it went out in the first week, i just have a phone charger plugged into it. If it's a fuse, where on earth would i find that on the JLU?

The Cigarette Lighter fuse is # F52 in the distribution box. It is a 20amp yellow fuse, micro. See attached pdf.

Mine went out too...interior lights around window openers, USB and cigarette lighter all went out all of a sudden...windows work but no lights in that area.

Sucks that we have to get it fixed and it's literally brand new...may wait and have dealer fix when I take it in so the stop they YELLOWING front grill on my Rubicon, or when they fix the leaking roof...nice $60K vehicle! Some weird reason, it doesn't bother me as much as it should...must be a JEEP thing!

looks as tho acording to under the cover diagram - shows 43 an 45 together in a 4 hole fuse connection .. tho mine and as shown in the PDF provided theirs only 1 mini 20 there and its located in what looks to be 43 .. which is the rear outlet ( batt ) that one works for me , yet the 45 spot is open and thats the front 12v which does not light up around it or work .. so i swaped the mini 20 from where i was - slid over 2 holes and into what i can tell should be the 45 ,,
Turned on ignition to run ( not started ) and same - nothing works still .. so replaced where i found it .. back to drawing board again for me now ,,, ???

Also notice .. apparently my jeep either didnt come with the "spare" fuses as indicated in the charts ,, or dealership service department helped them selves to them ALL ., I have ZERO spares !!
Also noticed in the pdf chart - no spares as well ,, wtf .?

The rear 12V outlet has two optional configurations, always on or ignition on. Those are decided by the fuse location.

Haaaaa yes true i will be quiting .. tho that's not the option i choose to use the fwd cig lighter for .. and i should have updated post .. i think the lighter i was using wasnt long enough to reach inside to activate it..
