I was checking bolt torque on the Jeep and got to the control arms and track bars and it looks like they are a torque ft lbs and then a rotational value. That’s not a problem I have the tools to do rotational but how do you check that they are tight?

If you aren’t chasing an issue I don’t think you do. If you are chasing an issue you’d back them off and re-torque. But doing that too much will fatigue the bolts, which is why I wouldn’t do it unless there’s a reason.
