Can you cancel a Wrangler 4xe order that's in C status?

You didn't order the vehicle. The dealer did. If you put a deposit down on the order, your dealer may or may not choose to refund it to you though.

So while you can't really cancel the order, you can just choose not to accept delivery. The dealer will sell it anyway, and if they decided to keep your deposit, they made out even better.
