Can not connect to computer

so all of a sudden my 2022 JW JL Willys ABS n Traction Control n Service 4WD n No Cruise Control lights came on without warning.

Took jeep to Auto Zone today and they tried to connect to computer but it kept failing saying to turn the ignition to ON. It was and even tried at all 3-positions with same error.

Any idea on what could cause this?

The secure gateway module is probably keeping the dummies at autozone from being able to communicate.

Have you hit any nice potholes lately?
Most likely a wheel speed sensor. It nearly always is.
