I agree... IF you know for sure the TPMS's were removed as you said then indeed, no need to balance.

Earlier posts in this thread addressed the need to acquire the correct TPMS.
Like I've said, I've seen this a number of times where on Jeeps and a few other vehicles, people remove the TPMS sensors and put them on their new wheels. Sell the old wheels and the new owner had no idea that the sensors were not there (mostly they don't know to ask). Best ones are the people that remove the sensors from flood damage cars (like one that have been in saltwater). In addition to the sensors missing, the rims are extremely corroded, thus the tires never hold air for long. Just had a Surburban in like that the other day.

I do like that with Jeep, new correct sensors pick up right away and you don't need anything special to program the system.
This is the way GM trucks work too. It's awesome. Whatever sensor is detected in the LR position is assigned to LR in the display...and so on. No need to re-activate the sensors after tire rotations or replacements.
