Bumper Update ?

Here's my router cut Sintra closeout panels, i added an extension to the sides. 3rd pic is rough test fit on the bumper. Completely waterproof, absolutely not, but imo way, way better than completely open.

Wrapped my spare set of incandescent fog lights in yellow vinyl, after installing them on the brackets.

These brackets allow for the 4 screw non led fog lights to mount onto the 2 hole led holes in the bumper. Test fitted on bumper, work great.

Plan to remove the led bulbs I have in my jeep currently and put into these housings when the bumper is being installed. My fogs work great now and I want to avoid screwing around with programing, finding adapter cables, splicing, rewiring, etc.

Bingo. Even Brawn, who is more... aggressive than Hound, would not wear such ridiculousness. Might be Swindle, although he's more of a Sheister than an angry bot.

new headcanon: All constipated grille Jeeps are Decepticons, and all are angry because they're constipated.

Anyway, back to topic: I thought I saw some plastic block off panels on Amazon. I'll have to see if I can find them again before the snow flies, as I plan on keeping the OEM bumpers on my Jeep for a bit.

Contrary to what people in Texas think,
up north where we have below zero temperatures for months on end,
these will help with the thawing and refreezing from tire spray that will cause the fog light wiring to become brittle and rust off, prolonging the life of the fog lights and wiring.
Having just bought a Rubicon takeoff metal bumper, I'm interested in this thread and solutions.

That's the reason I put them on, although they don't seal it off perfectly, so it doesn't completely eliminate the salt spray, but greatly reduces it.
