Build/pricing xtreme recon

Pardon My lack of knowledge but how can I "build" an xtreme recon and at least get a proper price? Jeep.com doent list it yet so do I just add $3995 to the price from the website? Thank You​

I ordered my rubicon last week and could only order the xtreme recon package I could not order a standard rubicon. It Was viewable to the dealer and was not viewable on jeep.com when doing a build myself

Are the only forcing the Recon package on V6 automatic Rubicon builds or are they forcing all Rubicon builds to use the V6, auto, and Recon?
