I don't think being on a trail should be a big concern if it's true that ESS is automatically disabled when in 4-wheel Low.Oh don't get me wrong, I really take advantage of ESS in my daily drive, but I probably wouldn't do that on a trail.
Well so far the only off road driving I've done is a very light trail and some overland driving, so I've only done 4Hi, and as far as I know ESS is still active then, unless you hit the disable button.I don't think being on a trail should be a big concern if it's true that ESS is automatically disabled when in 4-wheel Low.
