Brake Caliper Covers, Pro's - Con's

In searching for aftermarket goodies for my JLR, I came across brake caliper covers.
I don't really know much about these.

They are available for the front and rear calipers in pretty much any style you want.

Does anyone with experience know of any Pro's -or- Con's to putting these on for street use?

If you particularly like the look, I'd paint before adding covers, they look like brake dust collectors to me.

Regardless of what vehicle their on, they exist to make it look like you have a nice big brake kit without spending much money. In reality, anyone who knows what they are looking at will know you don't have (or need) Brembos.
