Brake Cable Bracket Zip Tied??

2021 Rubicon Diesel. I bought this Jeep with a Metalcloak game changer lift on it with the outboard shock mounts. Swapped the redsport shocks for 2.5 Foxes and took the outboard mounts off. While doing so I noticed a brake line bracket running under the spring perch that is just zip tied on couldn’t find any spot that I could bolt it in. Seems a little off to me, anyone else seen this?
